Requests & service conditions.

A request starts a conversation. It does not register a domain or initiate a payment.

Domain availability, prices, registration requirements, renewal conditions and transfer eligibility must be confirmed before an operation is performed. Important changes are reviewed by the operator.

Approved requests remain separate from completed operations. An operation is recorded as completed only after it has been confirmed by the provider.
